You need a copy of a 1969 price list, then you can add up the options and see what it comes to. I don’t seem to have one… the closest ones I have scans of are 1966 and 1973.
There are a wide range of trucks on the highways and byways of America. There are four types of base work for truck drivers and these are regional, local, dedicated, and also the one-way which is commonly referred to as over the road or OTR.
The word tractor originally came from the Latin word trahere, which means pull. Although tractors are mainly used on farms for ploughing, pulling trailers and a wide variety of other farming tasks, some tractors are used in the forestry sector and by councils. The backhoe tractors are used in the construction industry for demolition jobs and others are fitted with special engineering tools that can be used in construction. There are also road tractors and these are commonly used for transferring freight.
